What do you do?
We do everything. Just no naked massages or rescuing kittens out of trees. Not that we don't adore kittens. Look at our services pages for what we love doing.
Do you make jam?
Sort of. We produce sweet ideas. They’re sticky. And you’ll like them.
Where are you located?
You came to the FAQ page for this? Let us help you along to the Contact page… And please come for some serious how-to-browse-a-website training.
So you’re in Knysna. Do you service clients from afar?
Of course! You might just have to wait a week or two for your design proofs to arrive by carrier pigeon. And when you come for your website training, we’re even equipped to arrange for your transport to our office on horseback or by cargo ship if you’re from abroad. No seriously. We’re in the new media era. The world is much smaller now than it was last year. We comfortably service international clients.
How did you win all those awards?
We know a guy who knows someone who works with the sister of a girl at SA Web Awards. We pay them quite well to let us win some awards now and then. It helps us score points with our clients. Just kidding. We're just awesome, that's all.
Branding sounds like a way for ad agencies to make money. Is it necessary?
Not really. You can pull a few clip art pictures together and design a leaflet or two on your home PC and then ask your girlfriend’s kid to distribute it for you on his new bike. Then you can place a classified in the local paper to advertise your business once a week. We also recommend you tell a few friends about your ideas and goals, and hope they do some free word-of-mouth advertising for you. It might save you some money and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get lucky by the end of next year. Or you can save some time and hassles (and your reputation) and ask us for real help.

We have various corporate identity packages. It also depends on how much we like you. Come have a cup of tea and jam toast in our office and we'll discuss it in detail.
